Terms of Service and Online Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds for Change of Mind

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or ordered an incorrect item, you can return it to Choko Jewellery for a full refund (excluding delivery costs). Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be in resalable condition, with all packaging intact (clean, undamaged, and inner packaging unaltered). Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned safely to us. Retain proof of tracking and consider using a postal service with insurance for the value of the goods.

Returns & Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or broken, notify us within 24 hours of receipt by email at hello@chokojewellery.com. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

Please note:

  • Slight variations in finish may occur as some items are handmade or hand-finished. These are not considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges for Sale Items

Choko Jewellery does not offer returns or exchanges for items purchased during a sale. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds for Personalized or Custom-Made Items

Refunds or exchanges are not available for personalized or customized items, including items that have been painted, engraved, or altered at the customer’s request.

Gift Exchanges

Gift exchanges or refunds are only available with a valid receipt or gift receipt. Items must have been purchased from our store or website to be eligible.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the original transaction and will be returned via the original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal).
