RETURNS & REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you ordered an incorrect item, you can return your order to Choko Jewellery for a full refund (excluding delivery costs). Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. For online orders, the refund will be processed back to the original payment card or type.

Ireland Online Returns: We are happy to accept returns for items that are in resalable condition, this includes clean, undamaged packaging with intact internal components (e.g. velvet pouch jewellery packaging)—within 14 days of receipt.

Please note we do not accept return on earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please note that the cost of returning an item is your responsibility. When returning items due to a change of mind, we recommend retaining proof of tracking. Using a postal service with insurance for the value of the goods is highly advisable. Until the returned items are received by us, they remain your responsibility. Please note, we do not refund original shipping costs on returns. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns. 

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any Christmas Baubles or Gift Sets. We encourage customers to review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Ireland Instore Returns:  We are happy to accept returns for in-store purchases that are in resalable condition, this includes clean, undamaged packaging with intact internal components (e.g. velvet pouch jewellery packaging)—within 7 days of receipt. Please note we do not accept return on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Important for UK Customers
Please note that for orders shipped from outside the UK, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
As an overseas retailer, once goods leave our stock and are exported to the UK, the costs and logistics involved mean we cannot offer standard returns for “change of mind” or non-faulty items. 

Please note that due to increased costs associated with processing returns from the UK, all returns from UK orders will be subject to an administrative restocking fee. This fee covers customs handling, duties, and restocking costs incurred when items are returned to us.

The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once the item has been received and inspected. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

We recommend reviewing all product details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, our team is always happy to help.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us via email at hello@chokojewellery.com with photographic proof and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

RETURNS & REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please notify Choko Jewellery within 24 hours of receipt. You can do this via email at hello@chokojewellery.com. Once notified, we will contact you promptly to resolve the issue.

Please note that many of our pieces are handcrafted, and slight variations in finish or detailing are part of their unique character. No two pieces are identical, so small differences should be expected.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR SALE ITEMS (IN-STORE ONLY)

Please note that Choko Jewellery does not accept returns or exchanges on sale items purchased in-store. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

EXCHANGES FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS

We are unable to offer refunds for personalised or custom items, including engraved or specially altered pieces (e.g., re-mounted jewellery or items with bespoke finishes).

REFUND PROCESSING

If eligible, refunds for goods will be processed within 30 days of the original transaction date. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, either via PayPal or Credit Card.
